What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website or by WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, the product and quantity you want, your delivery pincode, the date you need it, and anything you write in the notes field.

Why we collect it

Solely to prepare your quote, arrange delivery, and contact you about that enquiry. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

How the enquiry form works

The quote form on this site does not store anything on a server. It assembles the details you type into a WhatsApp message that you send yourself — nothing leaves your device until you press send in WhatsApp. Once sent, the message sits in our WhatsApp account and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages and order records are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on +91 77299 51293 or at supremebrickfactory@gmail.com and we will act on your request.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It is a static website; there is no login and no profiling.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the quantity, block size and delivery pincode you give us. They are valid for the period stated on the quote, and are subject to material and freight costs at the time of order.

Specifications

Dimensions published on this site are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Strength figures refer to batch testing carried out before dispatch. A batch test certificate is available on request with any order.

Delivery

• Freight is quoted separately from the block rate and depends on your pincode.
• Unloading at your site is your responsibility unless agreed in writing.
• Please count and inspect the load before the vehicle leaves. Shortages or breakages must be raised at the point of delivery.
• Delivery dates are committed in good faith and may be affected by weather or circumstances outside our control.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed on your quote. GST is charged at the applicable rate and a GST invoice is issued for every order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
